"I've had multiple cars and home insurance for more than a decade with Scott's office. They've gone out of their way for me and my family on multiple occasions. I recently bought a new truck and contacted the agency to get the binder. I worked with Chasity, who was easy and efficient to talk with on the phone, and turned around my request faster than I thought possible. It was a great experience, and I would gladly do it again."

"So when they call you namely Ellen or u send a email to her she never answers.then when u text them like they say they don’t respond.i sent 7 emails to 2diffrent people and not one answer sent a texts and no answer. So to reach them is worse then trying to reach the White House"

"I have been a customer at the location for almost 7 years. Over the years, customer service has deteriorated. The reps there are now so abrupt when speaking to a customer. The attitude is so nasty from one particular female rep. I really loved dealing with Heather and Latiff. They're only workers but actually exhibit human traits. These new people there are so disgustingly nasty to deal with, I hope Scott knows how they are dealing with his customer. Whenever you request to speak to Scott, they flat out refused to transfer the calls. Mr Marx claims that "customers" are the center of his business, but are we? There's no way to prove if he is instructing the staff to redirect his calls, but there's no way he's in meetings all day and never returns calls. I just wonder 🤔"

"Hey Kami thanks for your feedback. I would ask you give the team the opportunity to help you like you did Heather in the past before she died. And yes, I am available by appointment. As a business owner I have many obligations and responsibilities. This is why I employ 5 fully licensed and capable team members to help policyholders like you when you call in for whatever you need. My day is planned out typically weeks in advance with customer meetings, interviews, training with team members, meetings with team members, professional development, corporate meetings and many other functions needed to run the agency. When you call the team can handle 95% of your needs and if they can’t they will escalate to me. So, yes, I am very rarely available when anyone calls in much like your doctor, lawyer, accountant or beautician, simply make and appointment if you’d want to speak with me. Keep in mind though everything you call about one of the 5 licensed team members will be able to help instead of waiting to get on my calendar. "

"I purchased a car insurance from a lady that call Astrid Pimentel she’s an Insurance Account Representative, I be having issues with the policy,every time I called her that I can fix the issue she keep saying stuff that has nothing to do with with what I asked her while she’s the one that sold me the policy,she’s very unprofessional she’s can’t even doing her job right, Definitely I don’t recommend anyone come to this agency nobody shouldn’t treat like this specially as a user they violated my right,imagine how many people went through this bad experience"

"Nikki answered my call with a request and it was done before we got off of the phone. Astrid, the woman I got to work with during car insurance shopping, quoted me at nearly 37 to 50 percent less than all of the numerous quotes I previously was assigned to for exact same coverage. Plus incentives. Easy, quick experience with pleasant staff. It's been a surprisingly nice resource, and right in town."

"I've been with Scott for quite a few years, and I've gotta say, the professionalism has been a bit hit or miss. One of my biggest gripes is that promised callbacks were rarely ever received. Today, I spoke with an agent I believe is named Lateef. The call started off friendly, but he was very dismissive and became argumentative. Lateef seemed to have all the answers before I could finish a sentence, insisting I continue to pay for a policy on a car that wasn't mine anymore—the car now belongs to my wife who already has taken out her own policy on this vehicle. After a back-and-forth, (consisting mostly of him speaking over me) he aggressively insisted he would check with billing and get back to me. Later in the day, that charge magically disappeared from my upcoming bill. I never received a follow up call from Lateef. After dealing with this last interaction, I'm waving goodbye to Scott and his team and working with a new State Farm insurance agent."

"Steven sorry you felt that way as my team submitted all that was necessary to effect the change you elude to in a timely fashion. This takes time as we continually explained. Nothing was magic but simply the time frame that allows it to process. I know if feels like the badgering helps but it does not, only leads to frustration on all ends. Be well. "
