"BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We were told $300/month and now getting billed over NINE HUNDRED a month! If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. To make someone think they are getting a better deal and go through the entire process of switching companies, only to have it spike more than double a few weeks later!

If this was a quote then SAY QUOTE! If it needs to be reviewed by an underwriter then shouldn't the customer be AWARE of this before switching? I'd certainly hope so, but apparently they don't disclose this information to you first. Isn't this illegal?!?

The best part. Our old insurance company doesn't take new customers anymore so we couldn't even go back to our old insurance. Had to shop AGAIN and ended up finding $50 more than what we used to pay. Thanks a lot for wasting everyone's time and money, Astrid."
